此UBOOT适用于跟Arduino2560通信
刷UBOOT可以参考之前串口刷机教程。
串口刷机时，波特率为57600，过程如下：
1、电脑 TTL串口连接5.0模块，网口通过转接线连接5.0模块
        注意：5.0模块上的跳线帽要拔掉
2、关闭防火墙
3、设置需要使用网口IP地址为 192.168.100.54
4、打开tftp
5、打开串口工具，选择串口，设置波特率57600
6、模块上电，输入指令，等待烧录完成，自动重启。
刷机完成。

烧录UBOOT过程如下截图：

话说论坛出的5.0 WiFi模块，配置如下：
CPU：MT7620N           580MHz
FLASH：SPI  （GD/W）25Q64    8MByte   
DDR：DDRⅡ, NT5TU32M16DG-BE,BGA84    32*16=521Mb=64MByte
而实际识别出来只有32MByte的DRAM，上电打印如下：

系统运行后，通过输入：top，得到系统参数如下，可以看到已使用20540K   还有40708K可用~~~~~~想DIY的童鞋们  刷uboot吧。
