【求助】用USB-TTL刷DB120-B1问题

买了个DB120-B1单USB口，接上USB-TTL后，打开PUTTY，都设置好后点打开,出现一个黑底的框，按照教程打开路由器的电源，之后就什么也没发生，这个怎么回事呢？
另外我用万用表打了TXD,RXD的电压，TXD有5V，RXD有3.5V这个正常吗？

COM口是否选对了？波特率一般为115200，是否选对了？另外看打印的话最好用串口助手，putty用来执行指令用。

现在进192.168.1.1.后显示成
