Edited by junglew at 2017-5-3 18:24 kuman sm5-1 register video problems problem..register video ok..but.....when register yes file is ok but not see in pc software image During recording ... you only see white Logoand impossible see  to direct recording   During recording I do not see the image but I see logo  . video final is ok.  but not possible see image during recording....i see only this screen shot I think if you decide to register you have to see what you are recording ..and see camera image during record.....but   the video disappears and you only see logo in the program ( channel 1) ... finishing video recording, stop,  in the program (channel 1) i see image camara but during recording no image.  final video is ok perfect.. video 640x480  15 frame  not possible see camera image in pc software and see only logo programm but video is perfect after recording. video 320x240  15 frame  i see camera image during recording  BUT video after is ERROR  not play with media player or VCl... help me please  thnaks from italy

it's exist screen flashing when recording video,we're trying to troubleshoot the problem.

if i record 320x240 15 fr.  i see image camera in the display software pc  but the file avi recorded is NOT OPEN by vcl or media player or  many player because missing code .FFmpeg/ffdshow ISO MPEG-4.  I think if you decide to register you have to see what you are recording ..and see camera image during record.....but   the video disappears and you only see logo in the program ( channel 1) ... finishing video recording, stop,  in the program channel 1 i see image camara but during recording no image.  final video is ok perfect..

320x240  is bug program i think  video recorded is not possible play..
